These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mr. Groove website ("Website") owned and operated by Mr. Groove ("Mr. Groove," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Website.

1. Services Offered

Mr. Groove provides DJ services for various venues, including bars, clubs, and other events.

2. Ownership of Content

All content on the Website, including but not limited to music, photos, videos, and logos, belongs to Mr. Groove and is protected by copyright laws. Content cannot be distributed unlawfully without prior permission from Mr. Groove.

3. Sharing of Music

Users may share Mr. Groove's music, including DJ sets, via members and download music only if provided with a downloadable link.

4. Sharing of Photos and Videos

Photos and videos on the Website may be shared for business purposes only with Mr. Groove's permission.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Mr. Groove guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data provided by users, suppliers, or clients via the Website. All data provided will be handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data privacy regulations.

6. Booking Services

Promoters and interested parties can book Mr. Groove for DJ services via the email address or phone numbers provided in the footer and contact form on the Website. After the services have been delivered, the final invoice, as agreed between the parties must be paid within the payment terms (Net-15). Failure to complete the transaction on time leads to delay fees up to 1% of the total sum each day after the due date.

7. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, Mr. Groove reserves the right to claim part of the fee for any inconvenience caused. The cancelation fee is to be discussed on a case-to-case basis with the promoters.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mr. Groove reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically for any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
